Getting fit means dropping some extra weight (LBs or limiting beliefs). In this module, we develop mental fitness muscles and rewire your brain so that you shed those thoughts that sabotage your progress. We use a new modality called Positive Intelligence ™ to retrain your brain. You will learn new simple tools to boldly move past the thoughts and beliefs that stop you.
